- We deliver across Bangladesh. Some remote areas may have limited service or extended delivery times.
- International delivery is currently not available.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for Dhaka and 3-7 business days for other regions.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and vary based on location and product weight.
- Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for specific order amounts.

5. Delivery Process
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.
- The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may contact you to reschedule.

6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours by contacting us.
- We may require photos or documentation to process claims.
